Diet and fitness. There are some key ingredients in food that you will need to avoid, one is processed sugar(the white kind). Do your own research and find out what you need to do. A simple way is to eat mostly fruits and vegetables, and only fish, no red meat. Also, do cardio daily, making sure that you are exercising every single day. Doesnt need to be hardcore, but consistent.

Avoid artificial sweeteners: Aspartame, high fructose corn syrup, corn syrup, fructose, nutrasweet, processed sugar.
Avoid trans fats, which may also be listed as "hydrogenated oil, or partially hydrogenated oil" on the ingredients label.
Avoid white flour.

Everybody always says to exercise or walk. You need to find a fun activity or it will seem like work and you won't want to do it. I go roller skating. It burns calories and gives the heart a workout. Bicycle riding, swimming, dancing, just find something that you really enjoy so you will stick with it.

i seriously have notes right in front of me: don't miss breakfast, your emergency food (snacks) should be apples, carrots, nuts, or even vegie juice. spices and cinnamon reduces appetite. look at nutrition facts and avoid anything that has: hydrogenated oil, high fructose, enriched and bleach flour. and should have less than 4 grams of saturated fat and sugar. olive oil and vinegar are good for you. exercises: walk at least 10,000 steps per day, 30 min strength training per week, 60 min cardio per week, and 5 min of stretching per day. and the normal stuff you hear: drinks lot of water and eat right and just move more.

I recommend walking and jogging, I once lost near 15 pounds just by walking to and from a place about an hour and a half from my place. It works, it tones, and you don't have to give up any food :D :P

eat less calories than you burn off. But don't eat too little. Because that will screw with your metabolism and will just cause you to gain weight quickly later on. increase exercise, especially cardio
