if you mean the heels of your feet as well as the soles of your feet i would suggest soaking your feet in warm water with a few oil drops then after 15 mins or so use a foot scrub brush (not really a brush but its like a nail file for feet, its rough to the skin but ok for feet as the skin on the feet are much rougher) to scrub your feet. I would also suggest lotioning your feet everytime you shower and before going to bed you can lotion them again or even use vaseline and put some socks on because the heat from your feet in the socks will help the lotion to soften your feet.

Check out QVC they sell the product pedikur and its meant to be great. I have seen them work on peoples feet and they do an amazing job.
We all get hard skin in the summer, but if you put on a rich moisturizer at night and some socks, it really helps. If you wear socks or tights during the day apply the cream first and it works great too.

Soak your feet in very warm water to which you've added a drop or two of essential oil or any 'foot soak' product. Then, after dabbing your foot with a towel but not drying it thoroughly (keep the other foot soaking while your do the first one) use a foot file on the heel/ball of your foot. Bit unsavoury/messy - you should see lots of skin sloughing off - but effective. Then rub in either a heavy duty foot cream or a more 'medical' dry/cracked skin cream. Do this regularly, once a week. This worked for me.

It's perseverance I'm afraid. Soak your feet then use a pumice stone on problem areas initially. Buy a foot scrub and use a few times a week, whenever you get the opportunity apply a really rich cream or vaseline before you go to bed and wear cotton socks to help your feet absorb the moisture.
It will work eventually.

I advice to get it removed by a chiropodist regularly. The product I use (and most chiropodists use) is CCS Skincare Foor Care Cream. It's really good because it contains Urea, the moisturiser found naturally in the human body. It also contains bactericides and is lanolin free and hypo-allergenic.
I also use a buffer thing after the shower, when the skin is softest.

That hard skin is calluses. Dr. Schols has a great line for getting your feet soft again. You can purchase any of their products at your local drug store like Walgreens or CVW.
I also recommend the Island Sandbar by Breezy Beach Wear. It is made with natural, sanitized sand and mineral-rich sea algea extract. It it ideal for rough spots like feet, knees and elbows. BBW is un-veiling their new line of freshly sliced bars this week on their website and you can find the Island Sandbar there.

soak your feet in warm sudsy water...use a file to exfoliate the heels and side sofa the feet..(sally Hansen has a great foot mini pedicure you can use..it's a scrub and moisturizes in one)..then after you rinse your feet...apply lots of moisturizer..like Vaseline..put saran wrap over your feet...cover with socks..sleep like tha tover night...your feet will be much softer in the morning. Do this weekly..and remember to use a good moisture's daily on your feet. That should help quite a bit.

Go to the chiropodist once every 3 months, its not that expensive and its the only correct way to keep on top of it.
For day to day care i recomend Cows Udder Cream (seriously). Its to stop cows udders cracking when getting milked but works wonders on feet as well. You can get it from farm supplies shops (or online) and its only £3.00 for a big tub and it will last you ages.
Put it on after a bath and then put on cotton socks for bed.
I promise you it will save you a fortune on buying fancy creams.

give yourself a mini pedicure, soak your feet in warm water with somthing bubble that smells nice, dry your feet and get a pumice stone or foot file and gently rub away the dry skin, wash feet again, and dry them, then smother your feet with a rich unperfumed cream, eulactol has a great foot balm, and avon too, pop some cotton socks on and let the moisture penetrate your feet.
do this every week or so

my advice is stay away from the products they sell for hard skin on the feet.I have tried them they just make them worse. the best thing to do is use lotion or waslen after u take a shower and befor u sleep. I used to have the same problem but I helped my self this way.and it works great.good luck.
