if you have a picture that looks far away, and you want it to appear closer in your display picture how would you do that?

Crop it in any imaging software. Even if you go to Walmart or someplace similar, this is easy to do on their machine.

Or, if you mean in the camera monitor, look for a button with an icon of a magnifying glass on it. Push that button to zoom in on the image. You can look this up to find out how your particular camera works if you look under the playback options.

Try the cropping feature. As the focus gets smaller, it makes the content seem larger.

you move your mouse over the picture and click the button on the left hand and click on the icon or click on the picture and it will make it closer.
