Key verbs here are tener (to have) and estar (to be as in feeling, health, conditional, what you are doing, etc. don't get it confused with "ser" which is to be as in central qualities, what makes you who you are, job religion anything with the word "de", etc.)

x.x pues, ¿por qué tú no haces la tarea?

To answer these you just need to look at the verb and change it to the YO form. Say si or no and add whatever is left in the sentence.

So for number 3. Tienes becomes tengo...

So you get Si (or No, no) tengo un dolor de cabeza.

For the other verbs; necesitas and prefieres... just take off the S and the vowel before it and make it an O instead for the YO form.

So you get necesito and prefiero.

The te duele questions change to me duele.

As a native Spanish speaker I could answer theses for you however you should really take the time to learn a other language. I guess you will get caught if your teacher asks you to answer a question and wonder how you were able to answer a simple question on your homework but not remember it when asked a question.
