Oh, I've been there and done that several times. I've just gone back and demanded a refund! It wont make your hair grow back any faster, but at least you didnt have to pay for a chop job. Sorry for your luck. I know what you've been through.

Been there done that to many times. Actually trying to grow a bad cut out right now, so I totally get how you feel. I know how to cut hair too, can't cut my own though,it's to awkward. If I was you I would let it grow for a while. Every time I have gone and tried to have a bad cut fixed they screw it up more or fix the thing that was wrong with it and then screw up another part. I actually do not want to step foot in another hair salon ever again. I use to have long pretty hair ,now it looks like it was cut with a lawn mower. You really need someone that you can trust go through your layers and even them out without cutting any more then what needs to be cut to fix it. Don't let any stylist use a razor or point cut the layers, allot of them will do that instead of just evening it out, they think making the ends thin makes it blended, all that does is makes the hair to thin and it ruins your hair. Maybe you can wear your hair up in a claw clip until you decide what to do or wear some hats. I'm so sorry this has happened to you, believe me,I feel your pain. Good luck

Okay, maybe you are overreacting....I mean a hooker? You can try those things that people usually do when their hair are messed up:
1.) Start using Aveda's Curressence conditioner. I am not sure you can buy at Rite Aid.
2,) Go back to where you got your bad hair day and talk to lady about it. say something like. "I am wondered if you can try to fix my hair. This isn't the way I want it. i am sorry I came to you like that". She will stop you for aplogy. But remember ask POLITELY to the lady. Don't try ghetto way and believe me this is not the way.
3.) Ask your mom if she know any tricks of fixing your hair. Make it glamous !!!
4.) If you have time, deep condition your hair while taking a bath. Soothing for the hair and the spirits. Take your favorite conditioner, oil or hot oil treatment and slather it all over your hair (not applying to your roots if you have oily or sensitive scalp). I like to put a shower/conditioner cap or wrap plastic wrap around it and then put a towel on top of that. A steamy hot towel will help increase the conditioning benefits.
5.) Stop fixating on your hair - give yourself a manicure/pedicure. If the weather is nice, put your hair up in a cap and take a nice walk. Sometimes it helps just to get your mind off of it for a while. Plus it's great for your health.
6.) The last thing you will EVER do but go out there ansd show your hair. Pretend you like it and hope the hair grow faster

Maybe they can. To be honest I cant tell you if it is fixable or not. I would need a pic, but I am not a hair stylist, just spend alot of time there getting my hair and other stuff done. It doesnt hurt to go in to see your regular girl. If she cant fix it you wont be charged.

Go back the stylist, be polite and just explain to her your concerns and see if she will fix it for you. Usually stylists want your business again and will do it to make you happy.

Go back to the salon, talk to the manager and explain what cut you wanted and that you're not happy with the cut you got. They should fix it free of charge. Good luck.

Maybe but, they will know you went someplace else. They will know you betraded them. Do you want to take that chance? When you find a shop that does yer hair the way you like it. You don't get a wild hair & on a whim go some place new!
