I don't use pumpkin spice, because I don't care for nutmeg. For that reason I add the things that smell good with the main ingredient like with Pumpkin - try Cinnamon, cloves and a little brown sugar. Changing the recipe (like adding some cranberries) will make it your own.

Cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg and allspice.
Mostly cinnamon, I would guess. nutmeg and allspice are very strong,
I just mixed some up. 3/4 tea cinnamon, 3/4 tea ginger, 1/8 nutmeg and 1/8 allspice. I tried less ginger and it did not look light enough. I actually tasted both and it works well. I'll use it in pumkin bread tomorrow.

Pumpkin spice usually consists of nutmeg, cinnamon, cloves, and sometimes ginger. You're better off mixing them up on your own to suit your own personal tastes. I

If you have allspice, it is the same as pumpkin spice. Cinnamon, ginger, cloves, and nutmeg.

There are many different spices in Pumpkin Spice and I don't think its something people can just make. I have it, but I'm in Florida. Sorry KG
