No, unless it is a new design that serves some function. Meaning it eliminates corks or it keeps the bottle cold or something like that.

However, you may be able to trademark the shape of a bottle if the TM office agrees with you. If you can prove that it's something that you created and is different enough and identifyable enough, then you may be able to be issued a TM.

Patent? No. You can trade mark it, but it has to be distinctive and you must make a concerted effort to protect that trademark.
