I recently read somewhere that it is. It was in some crazy mainstream magazine too, I just can't remember which one (sorry). It said that the main ingredient in splenda can create pretty severe stomach problems, and also a "crashing" sort of feeling a couple hours after drinking it.

I have heard you shouldn't drink to much of the imitation sweetner. I do like the taste of splenda and have used it so far.
Guess if one thing doesn't kill you another will. cheers

No splenda is better for you then sugar and much better then sweet-n-low or equal. It's gross (IMO) but not bad for you.

my kids` peditrician actually told us there`s been new research out that says that splenda and artficial sweeteners are bad for you and you should use regular sugar in moderation

Splenda is bad for you period, I won't eat anything with that crap in it. It's chlorinated.

some say it is some say it isn't. I hope its not because I use a big bag equivalent to a 5 # bag.
