How i look at my priest.?.i do not think of HIM being a molester...because NOW the law is catching up with those types...Back in the day, the church just moved the gay priests to another parish (whether he was a molester or not)!!!!! But now a days they have to face the music like any other PERSON WOULD DO IF THEY COMMITTED SUCH HEINOUS CRIMES...the priests WERE PROTECTED...but NO MORE!!!! i think that is part of the reason the Catholic church is LOSING MEMBERS...

If you dont understand how a church is run you can easly assume all the money in the offering is going to him and the other pastors directly. But its not. There are alot of people hired to any given church, everyone from pastors on staff to janators to people who handle the records (money)
You can never fully tell what a pastor is strugling with, but you can allways pray for him that whatever it is would be worked out. I want to be a youth pastor and im curently in college to be one, as such im around my pastors alot and let me put it this way...Usualy who you see in the pulpet is the same guy off of it, in actions and additudes. Sure there are people who hold the role as pastor but shouldnt have it, and God lets them be exposed the way they do. But the others, man suport and love them, its one of the HARDEST, and LEAST RESPECTED, UNDERAPRECATED jobs you can ever have, but there doing it beacuse they love you so much they cant stand to see you the same way, they want you to grow and love God soooo much more.

I Yahchanan (John) 3:4 Little children, let no man deceive you; he who practices righteousness is righteous, just as He is righteous.
8 He who commits sin is of the devil, for the devil has sinned from the beginning. For this purpose the Son of Yahweh was manifested; that He might destroy the works of the devil.

What are righteous works?

Deuteronomy 6:1,25--
1 Now these are the Commandments, the Statutes, and the Judgments which Yahweh your Father has commanded me to teach you: so that you may observe them in the land you are crossing over to possess;
25 And IT WILL BE OUR RIGHTEOUSNESS, IF WE OBSERVE TO DO ALL THESE COMMANDMENTS; His Law, before Yahweh our Father, as He has commanded us.
Righteousness is the Keeping of Yahweh’s Law, and Yahweh’s Law is Light; therefore, darkness (Sin) is exposed by Yahweh’s Law.

Prov 6:23 For the commandment is a lamp, and the law is light.

How to tell a true Priest?......

Mal 2:7 For the priest's lips should keep knowledge, and they should seek the Law at his mouth: for he is the messenger of the Yahweh of hosts.

Isa 8:20 To the law and to the prophecy: if they speak not according to this word, it is because there is no light in them.

I Yahchanan 3:4,7-8--
4 Whoever commits sin, transgresses also the Law; for SIN IS THE TRANSGRESSION OF THE LAW.
7 Little children, let NO MAN DECEIVE YOU; he who practices righteousness is righteous, just as He is righteous.
8 HE WHO COMMITS SIN IS OF THE DEVIL, for the devil has sinned from the beginning. For this purpose the Son of Yahweh was manifested; that He might destroy the works of the devil.

Yahchanan 15:22--
If I had not come and spoken to them, they would not have had their sins revealed; but now THEY HAVE NO CLOAK, COVERING FOR, THEIR SINS.

Because the pastor isn't the only person who keeps track of the financial records. There are many people in the congregation who keep the church in to check.

You are unreasonable. if 999 out of 1000 preachers are good moral people , why focus on the 1?

Most (99.999%) of priests, ministers rabbis and imams are dedicated hardworking decent individuals.None would be better, one is to many when we speak of transgressions among those in whom we place our trust. The same can be said of teachers, police, social workers and physicians.

U TRUST IN GOD, THE BIBLE TELLS U TO TITHE. IF, PREACHER OR ETC DOES WRONG, IT'S NOT UP TO U OR ME TO JUDGE PEOPLE. GOD DOES THAT. A SIN IS A SIN, LIE, CHEAT, GAY OR WHAT EVER, GOD WILL BE THE ONE TO TAKE CARE OF IT AND US. I KNOW PEOPLE WHO R GAY, AND I KNOW I HAVE LIED, WE BOTH HAVE SINNED, BUT U ASK FORGIVENESS AND IT IS DONE.

if that is the case ...then it is something he will have to answer for..not me....i would pray for them...that's why i don't put my faith in ANY man...but only GOD.. ppl sin...we were born into sin...and we will....but GOD will never fail.....i am a preacher.....and yes i sin...not on that level...but GOD doesn't distinguish levels of sin...in His eyes...sin is sin..so that is why every day i pray for Him to guide me and to forgive my sin-full nature..and be the best representative of the Lords Christ i can possibly be...
