Veggies are great, but I'm a bit concerned that you are not getting enough iron and calcium, amongst other things. These are the two I am most concerned about. Protein is a bit of a concern as none of these foods contain the complete range of amino acids you need. You could consider eating complimentary proteins to get the full range. Look this up on the web or speak to a dietitian about this. OF course you will lose weight this way, but its not really a long term weight loss plan. If you are committed to being a vegetarian and sustaining weight loss you should speak to a dietitian to help plan it a bit better, coz if you keep going like this you are going to start to get really tired and unhealthy as you are missing out on quite a few nutrients. For example; increasing your iron absorption by taking an acidic source with iron containing foods (like spinach and orange juice). And consuming calcium fortified soy products. In Australia you can get a doctor to refer you to a dietitian and it is covered by Medicare, so its free for everyone. I am assuming you are American? I don't really understand your healthcare system, but next time you see a doctor ask him about going to a dietitian. Vegetarian and vegan diet require a lot of planning!
