A bar room probably means there is smoke film on the glass area. Windex is good, I have found Fantastic spray better, or mix vinegar with equal amount of water for a spray. Wipe with paper towel.

Turn light off and allow to cool. Take a papertowel moistened with 409 multisurface cleaner and wipe the light off.
