I am a female, and I am fourteen. I weigh 126 and my height is 5"2 (closer to 5"3).

You can lose about 10 pounds/ Start going to gym and a healthy diet now, or you will be overweight by the time you turn 18.

That is about 4 or 5 pounds over the weight you should be for your height and age !!

Don't worry about it though. You are young, and as long as you don't eat too many carbs a day, you should be fine. At your age, your weight will fluctuate anyway.

"What is Most Important IS that you have a healthy self-image of yourself physically, mentally, emotionally as well as spiritually!!"

Do some self-talk (I like to call it) in the mirror daily. Say to yourself, "I am highly intelligent, and quite beautiful, and I love who I am !!"

Love and accept yourself. This is the most important thing You can do for Yourself !!

It depends on what your body fat percentage is. You may have a lot of muscle, or you may be a little pudgy. Check your fat to muscle ratio.

you're a completely perfect weight. trust me. i know a girl who is just about 5'6" and weighs 146, used to weigh 156. and she had a lot of problems feeling fat. but you dont have to worry at all. i know a lot of girls that think theyre fat but theyre fine.. you have nothing to worry about...

No you are not overweight at 5ft3. Just watch that your weight doesn't creep up, eat healthily and get involved with sports. HTH : )

buy the book by Dr. Oz, "you on a diet'" go to www.oprah.com and you can start early keeping your weight off the right and simple way.

*If you have a large frame then this is normal..

Absolutely not! Just make sure that you start making healthier choices from here on out--keep yourself as healthy as you can as early as you can!

you should search yahoo for sites that tell you what your ideal weight for your height is...it will give you an accurate range.
