Have you considered speaking to the Swiss http://www.swissembassy.org.uk before you travel? They will be able to give a definitive answer based on on your answer. The Foreign Office http://www.fco.gov.uk/ has the addresses of the embassies in London. There is a 'Directory' link under the 'About the FCO' which gives you details on foreign embassies in the UK.

A non-EU passport from where?
