What are the black marks on my neck?

I developed these marks on my neck ive had them for a few months now ...it almost looks like a hickey except theyre darker like blacker, some people think its a hickey but if you look at it good its a black mark? i hope its not serious and i cant go to the doctor until next month when my new insurance kicks in. Can someone who knows something about this tell me a little more?

I'm not wearing a necklace...could it be from stress though?

Im in my mid 20's and i stay active and go to the gym and i feel normal
