Okay, well you want to do it the natural way? A healthy diet is the best way to go. If you aren't willing to take suppliments (vitamins), then you are going to have to have high-protien, low-fat foods. Check labels, and junk food is a 100 percent no-no.
Beware, if you don't work out, you won't lose much weight. Try jogging for an hour a day, and you will multiply the amount of weight you lose!
(By the way, with much respect, if you diet without excersize for a while, you will [probably], lose your "chest")

You say dont tell you to work out to lose weight. Their are two compontents to healthily lose weight: 1. diet 2. excercise. Dieting by opposing fatty foods and switching to filling foods which have limited calories like apples , potatoes, bananas and pretty much every fruit and vegetable. Make sure you still eat healthy and maintain balanced diet between breads, dairy, fruit, vegetable, and meat.
Excercising is also vital. Shoot for 4 times per week and 20-30 minutes sessions. Buy a treadmill or excercise bike, or do it outdoors weather permitting. (it is winter where i live right now.) Make sure your winded but be careful not to overwork your self.
By doing this you willlll lose weight. Being a little hungry or sore throughout the day is not a bad thing. Also on the excercise issue. You will not only lose weight from the calories you burn during the actual excercise, but also your metabolism wil increase dramatically and you will burn more while you sleep. Now hows that. Pills and all that stuff is bs and is not the healthy way to lose weight. Excercise is only way to permantly lose weight, even though you may hate it.

Eat a healthy diet, by cutting down on junk food and eating smaller portion. getting any activity in at all will speed things up.like taking the dog for a walk. take the stairs instead of the elevator or escalator. You don't have to " workout" just be more active

stop eating refined sugar or anything with wheat. Eat fresh vegetables, egg whites, small meals and nothing after 7pm. if you go to bed with an emptier stomach you wont be hungry in the am, stay busy throughout the day and you would be less likely to eat out of boredom DRINK LOTS OF WATER and ignore the scale until the last 3 days

I did the south beach diet with my husband. We both lost 30 pounds a piece in the first three weeks it was 15 pounds \.We feel amazing and it wasnt that hard I also hate exersise so that didn't happen. Good luck. and stick to it.
