I have two passports at the moment, both same nationality. One is expiring in April 2007 and has my B1/B2 visa, also expiring in April 2007. My other passport expires in 2016. Can I enter the U.S. with my new passport, but use visa from the old passport to be granted stay? Is it ok to stay in the country after my old passport expires? I intend to enter the country right before my old passport (and visa) expire. Thank you!

Your US visa is valid even if the passport that holds it expires. However, you are not allowed to travel into the US on two different, unexpired passports. So use the passport that expires in April 2007.

As for the passport's expiration, you will be allowed to leave the US on the new passport if you stay past April. Just be prepared to show both if asked when you leave.
