When you bought your iPod it should have come with an installation CD for iTunes. If iTunes is running and you put a music CD into your computer, iTunes will "see" the CD. You can then download any songs you wish from that CD into iTunes. You can also buy songs you don't own from the iTunes Music Store for 99¢ each.
LimeWire is a popular file-sharing program. You can download the software for free and use it to share songs with other users.

you need to get iTunes, download all ur cd ( and/or buy some) then plug ur iPod in.
