illegal and undocumented are not synonyms!
illegal Immigrants get their documents after they come illegally.
As other nationalities do!

WOW, What is this? Are you for real, illegals, undocumented, illegal aliens, illegal immigration, etc. is the same all over the world and no matter where they are coming from, Cuba, Mexico, Central America, Russia, etc. The different is that Cuba for being Communist have a different deal with the government of the USA. That's all. Now do you understand it, or you think you need more in order to understand it better..

To 'fix' the Cuba problem, they need to change the amnesty policy...if they just send em home from Florida, instead of letting em stay anymore, that'll end the illegal immigration from Cuba...

If they are illegal, they are both. Many Cubans are legally here, however. I can't say I'm up on Nicaraguans, sorry.
