Yes it works on short hair. Just make sure you don't scratch your scalp a week before getting a relaxer. Also depending on the texture of your hair the straightener needs to be reapplied to the new growth every 4 - 6 weeks. Other wise breakage may occur.

ummmmmmmmmmmm i have fairly long hair and that's easy to straighten so it really depends on the length. be very careful if your hair is shorter than your ear! also what might help you straighten short hair is thinner straightener..... i recommend a CHI but it's kind of expensive

I think that straightners do not work on men with very short hair, because their hair is too short. It might work on men with longer hair, but not with short hair.

Many men use GHD slim plate hair straighteners.

yes, definetly, use one plates that are just 1 inch wide. It'll be easier. I recommend Infiniti or Conair PLATINUM.
