I ALWAYS, have a jar of this on my shelve. For my flare-ups.
It works really good for me. But you need 100% pure cherry juice.

Any cherries, cherry juice or syrup will do as long as it doesn't contain sugar. I really never heard of it for arthritis but gout is a form of arthritis. Also try hylaronic acid Wal Mart carries it 30 pills for $5.00 Also any of these things are good too Vitamin D Strontium (bone density) Selenium Chondroitin sulfate Glucosamine Celadrin Phytodolor –(anti inflammatory) Celadrin Acetyl L-carintine

my mother swore by cherries and cherry juice for her gout and arthritis, one time I went to the store for her, when she saw I had forgotten her cherries she sat down and cried!!!!!!! I was so shocked, I said what is wrong MoM? I told her I would go back.....and I did but that just proved to me how much they helped her!!!!!!!!
