What are the restrictions to mailing unorthodox materials into the US? Its for personal use, but is some what expensive.

Take the cleaned sea cucumber and wrap in a clay mixture. Bake at 450F for a two hours. Carefully crack the clay, remove sea cucumber and throw in trash. Eat the clay becuase it would taste better.
