WHy would you spend the time to get on the computer and ask this question instead of calling a doctor?!? Obviously no one on the internet knows if she drank it...waiting to see if it is in her diaper isn't really resonable so use some common sense and take her in!

OMFG !!! You gotta be sh ittin me?!?
If you left paint where a child could get to it in the first place and feel the need to come HERE and ask instead of/before going to the HOSPITAL, you don't need to know.
The internet may be a neat place to get answers to silly questions but, when it comes to your child's health and the computer becomes your best thought option....I don't even need to finish that statement.
Grow up and stay off of the computer.

If she had some paint on her lip, chances are she tasted it. Take her to the clinic nearest you, and they'll probably give her an emetic to make her throw it up. And DO IT NOW

SNIFF her breath....
look under her tongue...
look at her palate...
if in doubt call the poison control hotline for other "to do"
if she acts ill...take her immediately to the hospital.
THEN: secure any and ALL unsafe products away from her, she is starting to walk and be inquisitive and she will find power cords, medicine, knives, pills, cigarettes, guns, marbles, poisonous plants and yes, paint.

Why would she be left alone with a bottle of acrylic paint? Take her to the doc's office..

if she drank it, her mouth would be full of paint..like stains. But consult a doctor about it.. and you should really keep a close eye on your kids and keep paints and etc away in places that can not be reached by your kids.
