All these are intertwined, Its good that you have discussed to someone but more importantly , like most people have mentioned here; you need to seek professional help and also disclose this feeling to your near and dear one provided you trust them as many a times it can make matters worse. It is not unusual to feel down in dumps, depressed and anxious at times, most people do some of the times, but suicidal feeling are rare and indication that things have gone far enough. I would suggest you to seek professional help asap and make your feelings and thoughts aware to your near and dear ones, your colleagues or neighbours but go and see your GP today

Hi there sorry to hear ur feeling like this
There can be many reasons ..medical and psychological
I too felt like this ... extremely anxious and depressed .. eventually they found out it was an over active thyroid that was causing all the symptoms
Contact ur doctor on Monday and go and have a chat
Try and think what times of the day ur feeling ur most anxious / depressed .. is there something that triggers this
Please do not feel as if ur alone .. more people than u realise cope day to day with these feelings
Email me if u need to talk further .. please dont do anything silly
My thoughts are with u
x

Do you have a social life? Socialisation is a good way of letting those feeling go away. You need a best friend and achievements... You might not know how to have a balance life and there are several book available for that, get a life coach. Also you might be working on a place you do not like, or you have unresolved issue. Too much stress? get better organised and start solving your problem early in time, have a structure life and enjoy it.

These kinds of feelings can be, environmental, psychological or biological. Whatever the root cause all three respond well to either talking therapies or and both medications. Go and see your GP and talk to them about what your needs are. Sometimes there does not have to be a reason for feeling this way, and it could be something as simple as seasonal change. I hope you do go to the GP because it is a very difficult place to be in. Good luck xxx

Answers like Steph j' only go to show why you shouldn't ask a serious question on here. Most people want to help, but if you're feeling suicidal then you need a professional, not Yahoo.

Without more information from you I can't give a more comprehensive answer. If you feel something is wrong (and you obviously do!!!) the only thing I can suggest is going to your doctor for help. He can give you medication or even refer you to a psychiatrist if he feels you need it.

Don't be afraid to tell him exactly how you feel (even if you don't know why) as he can't help you without a full a picture as is possible.

It is an illness, you need to see a doctor, i know easier said than done, have been in that state myself, learn about your illness it will help stop yourself asking yourself questions, you dont need that extra pressure. Dont try and fight it without help of somekind, you may have to try various means of help til you find something to suit you. Cognitive Behaviour therapy helped me as well as finding some one who could empathise not sympathise. Something could be a trigger, it may just be chemical imbalances, why you do need to see a gp,all the best x

If you're feeling suicidal,I would advise you to phone NHS direct or The Samaritans. You won't find any help here in a crisis situation.
