Me and my friend were talking and we decided to go and buy some cheese. But then we came back because we didn't know what kind to buy. Now we are stuck at home with no cheese to eat. and we will eat nothing else. it is a strong craving that we cannot fight. We are printing pictures of cheese and eating them. that is how bad we want some good cheese. HELP!!!

If you want cheese and nothing but cheese, try these:
Smoked Gouda: It's got a rich smokey flavor and smooth texture. Just the right amount of saltiness.
Havarti: Smooth and creamy... just melts in your mouth.

Pave Affinois, a cow's milk cheese from Southern Rhone. It is creamy, very slightly sweet and mild. It is great with a peasant bread and a bottle of Savignon Blanc from Sancerre.

I love all kinds of cheese, just not the processed kind that is rubbery and comes in prepacked slices.
My favourite is Stilton with Apricot. I now live in the Stilton county in the UK. yummy
