Stock is homemade, much better. It's richer, less processed and you can control the sodium.

Depends on what I'm cooking.

I like broth better for making clear soups, consomme, etc, and stock for all other purposes.

well i like stock... i try and add in as much flavor as i can whenever i can, and stock is just stronger/richer.. plus i was brought up on it rather than broth

IMO stock is much better for most things, obviously they both have their place in the kitchen though.
