The only you need are practice, i'm trying to speak english too, but it should be only with practice, take it easy, see movies, sing english songs, and try to think in english..

Find a friend that will teach you common phrases in English or have those you know only speak to you in English. That will force you to think in English and help you to speak it better. If you cannot find anyone at all to help you, then look into buying an audio book that would help you speak English.

The best way of becoming fluent in any language is to watch modern television/movies and read modern books.There you can see the language in action in a fairly correct form.
Talking to native speakers would be another good one, but chatting online is one of the least things you should do. Many native people become less polite than a person normally is when they are online and they will use English that's improper and can only lead to confusion.
