and how did it change you? Are you thankful for it?

I asked this once before but it was banned so I had to reword it.

during this summer i had many weird things happen to me. for about a week i think i was having out of body experiences were i would vibrate and feel my self lifting i was to afraid to really get out of my body so i would fall back in. but one night i looked in to my self and saw something very beautiful it was my soul, i think. and i think i found my soul and now I'm more excepting of my self and know who i am, well as much as a 17 year old can : ) but i might just be going crazy or they were really cool dreams. what ever i know something happened and i know and like the girl in the mirror.

Most intense and scariest...tripping on Acid. I took two hits of acid and ate some magic mushrooms. It started off really well, and for some reason I kept feeling the urge to look outside the front door (which was open). I felt as if someone very important was about to visit and the anticipation was crazy. I felt as if I was about to be visited by a prophet such as Muhammad or Jesus (p.b.u.t). I blacked out, however, and later when I woke up I felt terrible. Everything was dark and scary and I seriously considered the possibility that I had had an overdose and was in purgatory. This lasted a few hours, then I blacked out again and when I came to, it was four hours later and I was in the kitchen microwaving some spaggetios. I am thankful for the experience, but I will never do acid again.

A near death experience and I've had multiple out-of-body experiences, all of them involved Fenrir Wolf of Norse mythology.

In the near death experience, I 'woke' to find myself in a dimly lit cave next to a massive wolf that I immediately understood to be Fenrir. I reached over and placed my hand on his shoulder, he lifted his paw and wrapped it around my arm. No words were spoken, but there was a clear invitation to return any time I liked, and an understanding of how to do so.

Plenty of people have been around while I went OBE, but since it's an inward experience, they could not be considered 'witnesses'.

Of course, I don't think these experiences are supernatural in origin, just altered brain states, but I do consider them 'spiritual' in that they hold significant life-affecting meaning to me. It affected me in ways I don't think words could really describe, and I am deeply thankful for it and yet wish, in some ways, it had never happened.

The first time I returned, Fenrir showed me a pain I was holding deep inside, and when I came back from that OBE, I let loose a deep howl so filled with pain that I never believed anyone could ever feel -- every description I've ever heard of the Christian Hell has paled against the pain in that howl. No one should be burdened to know such pain is possible.

Communication with my son and becoming aware of the karmatic ties between us. This happened through meditation and the funny thing is my thoughts where on other matters at the time. My son passed away many years before that and I had trouble letting go because of unsetttled fears that I had. Through a vision he appeared to me explaining that our time together was to remove karma connected with another lifetime. he left me with the message that we would be together again. I knew it was real because when it was over I had peace of mind :-) and no doubts.

When I thankfully realized that the One True God is Creator, Possessor and Sustainer of all worlds and all creatures, after my reading of the Kitab-i-Iqan of Baha'u'llah. Since then I believed firmly in One God, One Religion, One Humanity. This became the basis of all my learning afterwards.

mine was a guided visualisation
where we were to meet with our inner self in a reflection in a mirror
we then seen our reflection come out to greet us and hug us

i was never very confident in myself and had previously thought of myself as ugly and boring
the moment i done this visual and seen myself beautiful and shining ... i instantly found love for myself .. i seen who i was inside
since then i have moved on in leaps and bounds in my relationships with others through my relationship with myself xx
