My grey ABSOLUTELY loves chicken wings, bone and all. Her beak is like a can opener so I've never worried about her not being able to pulverise that bone and the protein is good for her.Oh and she eats turkey too...I guess she is a cannibal bird...lol

Actually chicken bone is a great source of protein for Greys as they need a little extra in their diet!

Actually the bone has a lot of nutritional benefit for a bird. It's best, though, to grind it up before giving it to them as a food supplement.

Any long sharp object can pose a hazard to a bird; especially an object that can fit in their mouth.

My grey loves chicken bones also. She goes crazy in anticipation . I don't see anything wrong with it. It is not like chocolate or anything.

Sometimes chicken bones can "sliver" in the animal's throat causing problems. I don't how your bird eats one but you have to be careful the bone doesn't get in a funny location in his throat.
