2 cups uncooked elbow shaped pasta
1/4 cup butter (1/2) stick
3 1/4 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
1 cup milk
2 large eggs, lightly beaten
Cook pasta accordingly, drain. In a large bowl, combine pasta and butter, stirring til butter melts. Preheat oven to 350F. Lightly grease an 1 1/2-quart baking dish. In a small bowl, combine cheese, milk, and eggs. Pour over pasta, stirring well. Spoon into prepared baking dish. Bake 40 to 45 min, or until set.

HOMEMADE MACARONI & CHEESE
Ingredients:1 bag macaroni noodles (boiled until soft, but not quite cooked)
1 can stewed tomatoes
1 family size brick cheddar cheese (sliced thin)
1 can tomato juice
Cook macaroni noodles as directed on package, but only until a bit cooked.(soft,but not fully done) Drain and rinse. Add can of stewed tomatoes to noodles, and mix through.
In a lightly greased casserole dish, layer macaroni and tomatoes with cheese (sliced thin)
Repeat layers until noodles are used, ending with cheese. Pour tomato juice over noodles just until completely covered.
Bake @ 350F. for 1- 1/2 hrs. Serve with garlic bread. Enjoy!!

Get outta my Kitchen it’s not done yet Mac & Cheese
5 C Lrg. Elbow Macaroni
1/2 lb. Sharp Cheddar Cheese, grated
1/2 lb. Longhorn Cheddar Cheese, grated
1/2 lb. Mexican Ranchero Cheese, crumbled
1 C Milk
1 1/2 C Crumbled Cheeto’s
Cook the Mac al dente, not quite done
Combine all the Cheeses
Layer Cheese and Mac, Cheese and Mac, (you get it)
Pour in the Milk
Top with Cheeto’s
Bake 45 min. @ 350
Footnote: This also is good with chopped Ham mixed with the Cheese.
Kids love it with Hot Dogs on Top, put them on top the last 15min.

~~~Take cooked macaroni,,,,pour in a little milk, couple table spoons of butter,,lots of shredded cheddar cheese, crushed black pepper. Mix together and put in a long caserol dish. Now top with crushed up potato chips and more cheddar cheese,,,bake untill bubbly and the topping will be ohhh so crispy and gooyey and ohh so yummy~ for a bit of heat dash on a bit of hot sauce like Tapateeo,,,,,reallly good !!!

"Creamy Ham 'n' Macaroni" - 6 servings
2 cups uncooked elbow macaroni
1/4 cup butter; cubed
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
2 cups milk
4 tsp. chicken bouillon granules
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 cups (8 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese; divided
1 1/2 cups cubed fully cooked ham
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain and set aside. In a large saucepan, melt butter over low heat; whisk in flour until smooth. Whisk in the milk, bouillon and pepper. Bring to boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened. Remove from the heat. Stir in 1 cup cheddar cheese, ham, Parmesan cheese and macaroni.
Transfer to greased 2-quart baking dish. Sprinkle with remaining cheddar cheese. Bake, uncovered, at 350* for 20-25 minutes or until bubbly. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
"Triple -Cheese Macaroni" - 6 servings
1 (16 oz.) pkg. elbow macaroni
2 eggs
1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk
1/4 cup butter; melted
2 tbsp. prepared mustard
1 tsp. seasoned salt
1 tsp. pepper
8 oz. process cheese (Velveeta); melted
2 cups (8 oz.) shredded mild cheddar cheese; divided
2 cups (8 oz.) shredded sharp cheddar cheese; divided
Cook macaroni according to package directions.
Meanwhile, in a large bowl, whisk the eggs, milk, butter, mustard, seasoned salt and pepper until combined. Stir in the process cheese and 1 1/2 cups of each cheddar cheese.
Drain macaroni; stir into cheese mixture. Pour into a greased 3-quart baking dish. Top with remaining cheeses. Bake, uncovered, at 350* for 25-30 minutes or until cheese is melted and edges are bubbly.

Smoked Gouda Macaroni and Cheese
1 slice whole wheat bread
1 tablespoon butter
1/4 cup thinly sliced green onions
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
2 cups fat-free milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 cup (2 ounces) shredded smoked Gouda cheese
1/3 cup (about 1 1/2 ounces) grated fresh Parmesan cheese
5 cups coarsely chopped fresh spinach
4 cups hot cooked elbow macaroni (about 2 cups uncooked)
Preheat oven to 350F. Place bread in a food processor, and pulse 10 times or until coarse crumbs measure 1/2 cup.
Melt butter in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add onions and garlic; cook 1 minute. Add flour; cook 1 minute, stirring constantly. Gradually add milk, salt, and pepper, stirring constantly with a whisk until blended. Bring to a boil; cook until thick (about 2 minutes). Add cheeses; stir until melted.

Serves 4 to 6
1/4 pound rigatoni macaroni
2 tablespoons unsalted butter, plus more for greasing pan
1 1/2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground white pepper
1 1/2 cups milk
1/2 pound sharp Cheddar cheese, cut into 1/4-inch cubes
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Cook the macaroni according to package directions. Drain.
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
In a 1-quart saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. With a wire whisk mix in the flour, salt, and pepper. Cook 1 to 2 minutes or until a smooth mixture forms.
Continue to whisk and gradually add the milk; cook about 5 minutes, until the mixture is thick and smooth. Remove from heat.

get some macaroni, some shredded cheddar cheese, and milk...melt the milk and cheese together until it becomes creamy, then pour it over the macaroni, which you should've already boiled by now. Dee-Lish-Us!
