Can you order DVDs of yoga instead of going to a place with a bunch of people? I'm only 15 and have heard yoga helps your mind and I need better grades.

Ya, online, or most bookstores and target, etc. Plus you can find moves online. Google yoga or maybe yoga+mental help. or something like that. It would be free. but the videos i find are easier to follow and is smoother. plus seeing the movements continuously helps

There are a lot of yoga DVDs in the market. Denise Austin is one that comes to mind, but there are many to choose from. You can find them anywhere that sells videos, or as another person suggested, you can rent them from your local library. Also, if you get FitTV they have a yoga show on a couple of times throughout the day.
