I am 28, 5'8 and 147lbs and wear a size 6. I lift weights and run 5 times a week, so even though I do not 'look' 145, I am but I have quite a bit of muscle. My recommendation if you feel a little 'flabby' - weight train - you may not drop weight, but will lose inches.
Example, when I was your age, I weighed 150 and wore a size 10, I began weight and cardio training after high school, and have only dropped 3 lbs in 10 years, but am down 2 sizes. And I feel and look great.
So, no you dont need to lose weight :) Good luck!

No, I doubt you need to lose weight. Have your body fat percentage checked. If it is below 30%, you are acceptable, but may chose to lose a few pounds and if you are below 25% body fat, you are ideal and should definitely stay as you are, but just tone up. HTH : )

Depending on your bone structure (small, medium, or large) and your present health, your weight sounds ok. from this end. Check with doc to be sure.
