Jesus was made Jewish by his family and was the Jewish eqivalent of Luther. Hence he was a Protestant !
Besides why do christians think they own the right to brand others Pagan. I'm sure all others see christians in the same light, as non believers. Now would ultimateprogrammergod please give it a rest. We are sick to death of hearing Jewish people declare every utterance against them as anti-smite or Neo-Nazi. How dare you ! Get a life. You won,t win friends around the world that way.

Jesus was Jewish, not Pagan. However, in early times of Judaism, Jews believed that there were many Gods but that the one god was the only one they needed to worry about. This is the move from paganism to judaism.

The first Christians were thrown to the lions because they refused to pay homage to pagan gods.
Pilate had reason to have Jesus executed because He claimed to be a King that was not of this world, which was contrary to the PAGAN Emporer Ceasar
Your question is absurd.

no... He was born into a Jewish community and he was the founder of Christianity, worshipping one god
Christians later adopted Pagan holidays as their own, renamed some of them, and had them all done in the name of one god. Pagans respect all life, and may worship several gods or entities (goddess of the moon, mother earth, the green man), but all basically honouring nature .

Jesus was not a pag"a"n !
Jesus believed in the One True God. And His name is YHWH not Jehovah or any other name !!! It is blasphemy to try interpret YHWH(Hebrew) to Jehovah. If it was translated from Hebrew (YHWH) into English it would be YAHWEH .
Jesus was & still is A Jew !!! He will always remain a Jew.
The question should be "Why wasn't Jesus a pagan ?"

G'day Cheap Watch,
Thank you for your question.
Jesus wasn't a pagan. He founded Christianity and was a Jewish teacher in Galilee.

Jesus was Jewish - there were no Christians until many years after his "death".The Roman Catholic Church later decided what constituted Pagan (after stealing many "pagan" holy days)

Why do you think Jewish people are pagans? Oh, is it because you're a neo-Nazi? Or are you just anti-semetic?
Note to sane people who are reading this: Yes, Jesus was a Jew. Christianity didn't exist when he was alive.
