I'm reminded of a phrase Jesus repeated over and over, "Woe to you, teachers of the law and Pharisees, you hypocrites!"

That kind of a leather is less than one per cent , in general leaders have good intentions and are very well educated in their field ...But in my opinion a religion is a social clubs of different denominations , that does use the bible as their base of their teachings , the bible teachings are construed in many different points of view , and each religion or denomination the leader sees it his own way , some will fill the follower with fear ,which is the force to be the opposite " be good to be saved and go to heaven etc... " and to folow blindly that particular denomination
I see religions simply and plainly " A BUSINES FROM HUMAN FEAR OF THE UNOWN " leaders make the money from fear of GOD for their purpose , folowers are just that .. give their money to the churches to listen to sermons of how God will save them etc... and please here is the collection plate give all you can .... I seen that in every religion from Catholics to the rest ,have the same agenda , and they grow very fat , show me a religion that is not wealthy and I will show you an honest one .
But in general leaders are just that.. leaders for a purpose.
The different religions that seems to us that are on the path of destruction are only extremists that can 't get over what happened to their people centuries ago , like we had some thing to do with it , they always will be between us and not much we can do , except forgive them as they don't know what they are doing , lets be better than them and not reciprocate let's be heroes and may be wars will stop finaly ...

this is all actual. yet the place precisely is your question? the respond is money, and that's is likewise the Bible (a million Timothy 6:10). those people who you're calling out right here worship money - and/or textile issues (including acceptance and notoriety) - plenty extra desirable than they worship God. in the event that they even worship God in any respect, incredibly - because of the fact in Luke sixteen:thirteen, we study that this is impossible to serve the two God and the flaws of this international. ***** ADDENDUM ***** As regards the stoning of the female, nonetheless: the reality of the difficulty is that no longer consistently did the regulation require that the guy be stoned, too. See the final link for Jesus' perspectives on the dying penalty, yet in Deuteronomy 22:20-21, there replaced right into a regulation that required the stoning basically of the female if she have been single and "promiscuous." If this have been the case, then the Pharisees have been consistent with the regulation in condemning her basically. You gave me a chortle, nonetheless, because of the fact it relatively is totally probably that all and sundry the adult men there were with that female at one time or yet another, and did certainly "get out of shop away from," because it have been.

If they live a life of deceit in their heart they do not serve God, but I'm not smart enough to judge them by saying they serve Satan.

The key word is serve. Leaders are supposed to serve. People filling the pews are supposed to worship. God seeks those who worship him in spirit and in truth. This serving stuff comes out of a heart of worship. Someone who worships themselves is a hypocrite when they tell others to serve. They are to lead by example.

It depends on the "service". If a religious leader is merely serving up slices of God to please a hungry flock and thereby enrich himself, he is serving himself. (Why bring Satan into it?) If he is sincerely preaching God's word to challenge people, including himself, to be better, he is serving God. A sermon sounds more genuine when there are fewer "people shoulds" and more "I shoulds".

well hyprocricy at first is self serving in witchraft. and if left unchecked, can become idolitry. which is the main warning from G-D about continued witchraft(rebellion against G-D for selfish desires), turniing into idolitry(working for another team) degrating with each, the satan, the baal molech and the lucifer in this order. which continualy gets worse, and worse in time refusing to repent. and so their lies, actualy keep having them lie more and more in self blindness, to keep from seeing what they have handed themselves over to, by refusing to repent, quickly.

Jesus told His disciples that if they were not against us then they were for us. His meaning being if they can lead someone to God then that's OK but whatever they are doing wrong they will pay for in due time. Also we are told to never put our faith in man but in God alone.
