Free speech. You can insult, label, ect anyone you want, though some people need to learn that just because you can do something doesn't mean you should.

Mexicans that live in Mexico and come to the U.S. legally are not defamed, stereotyped, insulted, and (I think the word you were after is libel but maybe you know what you meant and I don't) labeled. I have a family of LEGAL Mexicans next door to me who pay taxes, work for a living, and are the nicest people you could want to meet. They are not out protesting, waving the Mexican flag around, and trying to stir up trouble. I have not asked them but I would guess they would feel the same way about Illegal immigrants as the rest of us Americans do.
See amendment 1 to the Constitution of the United States and you will see that it says "Freedom of Speech". Means anyone can defame, etc. etc. anyone. That does not make it right but you spoke your piece and I'll bet the secret police didn't come and take you away.
How long were the Irish defamed, etc., etc., before they were accepted into American society and THEY CAME HERE LEGALLY. Any of you Irish want to wave the Irish flag and protest? Hell no, you were one of the hardest working ethnic groups that ever came here.
Buddy, I think you need to pack up your grits and gravy and head back across the south border then see how long you can make statements like this about your own people when you live in Mexico, Central America, or South America.

Sure you can it's Free Speech you are allowed now is it polite or moral or in bad taste,...maybe but as to allowable yup it's allowable and you know what it's not only mexicans...you can ask a Mick or a **** or a Kyke or a Wop or a Greaser,or a Long haired Commie Pinko Fag, or a Pansy....every ethnic group has gone through it and they've come out the other side even them Damn Honkeys. Now I think what you're asking is really for all of us to look the other way and be PC and call ILLEGAL ALIENS immigrants....sorry but immigrants come to America LEGALLY. They're ILLEGALS even if they are nice...you know many woman have commented how "nice" Ted Bundy was yet still Murder is Illegal as is jumping the Border.

Who's defaming, stereotyping and so forth? Pro-amnesty arguments regarding illegal immigration from Mexico to the United States don't have a leg to stand on.

I I don't know where you live,but here in my hometown the majority of the mexican population drive with no insurance,drivers license etc.Every day the majority of hit and run accidents are from the mexicans.Maybe if they were legal and played by the rules people wouldn't think of them as they do.

You asked about being fair. I don't think it's fair that Americans have to pay to support so many criminals from Mexico and their damn anchor babies. That's whats not fair. If a few criminal Mexicans get their feelings hurt, who cares? They don't belong here.

The Mexican people are more recognized because it is they who come in at the alarming rate of 8000 illegals per day that we the people have to then support with our taxes....While they ship most of their money back to Mexico...
