I once heard that mother theresa wouldn't participate in an anti war demonstration - she said if there was a demonstration for peace she would come - her reason, it's the principle of "what you resit, persists." where you focus you attention is where you go and what you get

no because god is everywhere, so he is war and peace. war doesnt scare god and if god wanted to he can end all evil now as he is all powerful. so he wouldnt participate.

as he is everywhere though u could say that he is in those people who participate so he is participating

As far as God is concerned, people will do what they want. It doesn't have to make sense. God just tries to make sure there's an adequate supply of things, trees, vegetables, people, to clean up afterwards. (And it's been more challenging lately.)
