Things you must do in NYC.....
-Go to Times Square at Night
-Go to Canal Street (China Town) for great shopping
-Go to a Broadway show. There are raffles you can get into for tickets for $50, fdor shows such as Wicked. Just go to the place where the show is about two hours before. If you do not win then you cna go to the TKS place which is right in the middle of times square and you can buy broadway show tickets for half price but you must purchase them the day of the show.
-Go to the Statue of Liberty
-Go to the Empire State Building (If you do not have a lot of time do not go to the top because it took me about 4 hours to get there.)
-Go to Little Italy, Chinatown
-Go to the World Trade Center Site
-Go to the Today show, but you have to wake up wicked early and i suggest making a sign because you have a better chance at getting on tv.

Times Square
Rockefeller Center/Top of the Rock
I think the view from Rockefeller is much better than Empir state bulding. The view is nicer and then obsveration platform is just alot nicer than empire...plus alot less people.

Go to the newly renovated Top of the Rock, better than the empire state budg. ( see link )

See Trump Towers & down the block is Time Warner
then across street is Central Park

have a blast! when i went i stayed at the hilton on times square! it was close to everything. you can just walk on the sidewalks( good exercise) along the way you will find great eating spots and shopping galore!! i went to a broadway show(hAirsprAy!!) it was really good! ground zero is a good place to go...but its really sad. century 21 is a great place to shop! hope you found some great places to go while you are in nyC!
