she's seriously dehydrated! Make sure she has plenty of water, but don't let her drink too much at once or she'll get sick. If she won't drink at all, you need to get her to a vet immediately. Any other symptoms? (lethargy? bloating? panting? soft moaning or whining?) she could be VERY VERY ill!
