theres this icon on my desktop named 'CAGHWHKB' i cant get rid of it, when i try putting it in the recycle bin it says 'cannot delete file: cannot read from source file or disk'. there are no disks in my computer.. how do i get rid of it!?

go to www.download.com and dl adaware and spybot. run those and any other anti-virus program you got.

By "disk" it means hard disk. As in your C:/ drive. So it can't read from the hard disk. This is bad. It means your drive's corrupted. Actually, the file might be a virus since it's protected so well. Or maybe it's a system file. I'd recommend a computer-nerd chat/blog site. Unfortunately, I have no URLs but just Google for one.

Try going to the conttol panel to add or delete programs. Look for this program name and delete.
