Why would you do that? If you want to watch tv from your computer screen you can, Just buy a tv card hook up your computer to a cablemoden, configure and set up, and there ya go. TV!.
The other way around, running your computer using the tv as screen, is very cumbersome and impractical.

If the reason for all this is because you find the regular computer screen is too small and your eyesight is not the best, Just change the properties of the display and use the large display instead of small or medium. That's quite easy to do. Ask friends to do it for you if you do not know how.

IF your computer has a S-Video output and the TV has a S-Video input, just hook a cable between the two.
