I dont understand why people come on here and try to sway people to accept the illegal immigration? They are not going to get anywhere because most people who are anti-illegal immigration will never change their mind. what, do these people belong to the ACLU? Are they going to be defending NAMBLA next?, I (sigh), just dont understand.......

excuse me Chris? for your info, florida has cubans and hatians, not mexicans, I live in Phoenix, which is mexicans.. so dont try to tell me i dont know what its like to live where illegals are, and um, they may spend money, but half of them get it from the government and plus they dont pay taxes and they dont pay for healthcare, we pay their healthcare, I understand why they come here,by all means, come, LEGALLY, i dont understand why people come on here and argue a topic that just goes around in circles....and as for the person who said people who are anti illegals could be KKK, um no, KKK are racists, just because you are anti-illegal, doesnt mean you are racist (KKK does not want mexicans, jews, blacks, and whoever else they hate out, no, they want them dead, which is a million times worse than wanting somebody to come here legally . chinese, mexican, cuban, south americans, europeans, people from india, if they come here, they need to come here legally.

and Chris, you wouldnt understand because I bet you vote for the idiots who give amnesty to illegals. and its not just the big businesses and politics at fault, its the governments of the illegals that have the problems. but yet, people seem to overlook that and just go straight to blaming our own government for 100% of the problems.

outside of the fact that all of us except for native americans are the product of immigration, theres the humanitarian side. if you had the chance to escape poverty, wouldnt you do it? then theres the 2 faced government issue. mexicans spend alot of money here, they work cheap and they boost the economy. some get deported to make it look good, but if the government really wanted them out, they would be gone within a week. i live in florida and most of the factories that need skilled labor hire mexicans and they know theyre illegal. to the mexicans, this is heaven. they actually have running water and cars. you cant blame them. i dont care if people accept illegals or not. but for you and others that dont quite understand, open your eyes. our congressmen and state reps. have allowed this to happen. they are the ones making the laws and are being paid off by big business. cant people see this? i (sigh), just dont understand........

Actually, people who support illegal immigration will come on here in answer to your question and say the same thing about anti-illegal immigrant supporters. This is just a forum for people to air their thoughts and opinions and inform and not something that is going to change peoples' minds on this issue.

The communists(that may not be too much of an exaggeration, read the news) want free and open access to the american wallet, and one way to get that is to sell guilt trips and sob stories. I'm fully in favor of 3 things: deporting illegal aliens, employer enforcement, and building the US/Mexico border fence, because the biggest problem with illegal aliens IS Mexico.
Let's have that fence. Bush signed the bill into law, let's have it built.
Support the US Border Patrol!

i agree with daisy on this one.its like me asking why do all the people who are not in favor of illegal immigration come on here trying to change people's minds.considering that its very tough to change someone's mind especially if they strongly believe they are right.and of course finishing off by asking do all the anti immigration people belong to the minutemen and are they going to be defending the KKK next?.don't try and understand it just stand firmly by what you believe.
