Change the plug and wire and do an oil change.

Spark plug/ignition wire might be bad. First put a new plug in, or, swap the plug in #4 with a plug from a good cylinder, see what happens. Then swap the ignition cable, with another cylinder. If that does not work, it's a distributor problem most likely.

If I remember right that plug has its own coil. just replace that coil and check the voltage going to that coil.

Change plug and replace with new wire.
