new movies play a while,then freeze and pixalate.Then the remote stops working.I've cleaned the disks and also the laser to no avail.Does anyone have any solutions to this type of problem?I appreciate all your help.Ray

Sounds like there's a problem with the
DVDs or at least a compatibility issue.

If you meant to say that you have 5 DVD
discs that won't play, then it's probably
time to invest in a new, higher quality
player that will play the latest formats.

Maybe your DVD needs cleaning. You can buy discs just for this purpose. Most any Dept. store carries them. Fairly inexpensive.

Shop bought DVDs or copies? Some players just hate copies and there isn't much you can do about it.
