Then I have one when I start to feel hungry.
I have a light lunch say noodles or something.
Then a normal dinner with your kids.
Always chuck the kids leftovers in the bin straight after they finish-cos I always ate their leftovers.
Average around 6 cups of coffee a day.
The most vital one is in the morning-
It encourages your digestive system to make movements too if you get what I mean.
Trust me. it does work.
Try Tescos value noodles-must be Tesco cos they are so low in Fat.

better than drinking coffee try taking 1 500mg tablet of guarana before each meal with a large glass of water,,it has the same effect without the coffee breath if you know what i mean

none. Coffee won't help you lose weight. A sensible eating regime and some excersize helps you lose weight.

Please don't drink lots of coffe, it really messes your up. Talk to somebody who knows about diet and nutrition, eat sensibly and exercise. And good luck!
