all dairy products, milk, cheese, icecream, eggs, contributes to high levels of cholesterol...also, shell fish, very high, not good...and of course, red meats.....
if you balance yourself, you can have all at moderate rates, but if your cholesterol is high you should cut out everything....

if u go to a pharmacy there are books on cholesterol, they contain lots of helpful info..... i thought that saturated fats in all foods affect ur cholesterol levels

Try a good grocers store to provide you with a list of their products. Most are willing to oblige if you telephone EH Booths have several stores in the north west of England,and in the south try Waitrose. You could try others but you are better trying a smaller store as it is good for them to offer customer service.

plants and plant-derived products have no choelsterol, for the simple reason that plants cannot produce cholesterol.
