Nope that would be illegal and against the law. Traces of formaledehyde due to natural cause, however, is possible at ppm level.

No formaldehyde in USA Beer. It would be against the law. That would go for any imported beer into the US too.

There is no formaldehyde in beer, and alcohol is its own preservative. They don't even use formaldehyde on corpse preservation anymore.

That's probably an urban myth. Stick to organic beer if you're worried, and avoid the big-name beers. Smaller companies are more likely to care about what goes into their brews.
