American Bull dogs can some times have a flap in the back of there mouth (pallet) which can cause breathing issues (can be fixed surgically)... the dog may also have narrow nostrils...
Either way, have the vet check, and contact the breeder. And if the dog does have some genetic issues, please dont breed... we are trying to fix the problem not add to them.
You should have a contract.. as all reputable breeders do. Check out this site as well

Yup take her to the vet ASAP, she may have a breathing problem, bulldogs have a shorter nose.

The shaking is most likely just dreaming, but for the stuffiness, my vet recommended benedryl... you can hide the pill in peanut butter real easy that way...

take her to the vet. animals get allergies just like you and i do. she may just have a cold. but just incase, take her to the vet. he'll know what to do. if it is something that could be harmful to her, then its better to catch it early, then it can be treated more efficentally

she has a problem with throat or she has asthma write me back if tou like it @yahoo.com to BrownKitty68 and tell me how she is if she don't get better take her to the vet..
