How long can you leave homemade salsa in the refrigerator?

It should be good for a couple of weeks. Be sure to store it in glass or plastic, tho. Covered tightly, of course. If it is in a metal container, the acid of the tomato reacts badly and it picks up a very funny taste!

Depends on the refrigerator temp. But I would say about a week. If it molds sooner than that then not that long. If it smells OK then try the taste. Most things last about a week or two. Depending on what it is. Good Luck

uncovered--about a day maybe 2

covered and sealed properly id say a week
