I don't think there is anything like that in the Bible. You are either distorting something beyond recognition, or remembering something from a different source.

. ok revelations 14:13 "blessed are the dead who die in the lord" but dont see anything about rejoicing or greiving

Actually I think it says, 1 Peter, 3:17, let all the babies run for their life, God is pissed with someone again - but let the dead rot in hell
