You fly into town to interview for a big promotion. You want to settle down and go over your inverview notes the panel will ask you before you interview the next afternoon. A girl you have been pursuing and that you really like wants to see you while you are in town. You are only in town for the one night. Would you turn her down and concentrate on your big interview or would you agree to be with her?

Interview first. Then I would make up some lame excuse to stay in town another day and hang out with the chick. There are tons of excuses available for everyday use...so make a game of it and pick the best one.

Be with her. You can't prepare last minute much for an interview. I would have been prepared before I left town for the interview.

if i really liked her, than i would go be with her... even if it waz just to find out that she didnt want anything to do with me, atleast i might find out where i stand, and personally i think that is more important than preparing for the interview... if i really liked her then just getting the opportunity to be around her would be worth missing the interview itself :) hope this answers ur question

I'd prepare for my interview ahead of time and free up as much time as I could to spend with the chick-a-doo.

Jobs is only one of the means to survive. It does not equate to quality of life (though to some people it does).

She is more important than the job.
