well it would have to depend on the color of ur eyebrows right now if you have blonde hair well then yes but it will be really dark it can be risky i dont have mine done because mine are light brown and my hair is really dark i just add a little pencil

No, because your eyebrows can be brushed with soft tint to match your hair. Dying eyebrows is hard to do, I tried. I bet you look pretty the way you are.

definitely not!!

- eyebrows usually look great in their natural colour with any tipe of hair colour you have
- also they are much more sensitive than your hair, and you will destroy them in time, and make them rare
- If they are darker than your hair is great, if not, still great, but you can better put some creyon on them than dye them, if you really want to, it's much safer

personally, i would say no....whenever you dye your eyebrow, like you hair, you get roots...No Fun! trust me, when ever you do the dying of the eyebrows, the roots come in ten times worse than you hair ever would, if it feels right, go ahead, truthfully, not a fun experience to deal with...
